Das Lausitzer Klima- und Energiecamp ist 2017 auf dem Rad unterwegs.
Auf der Tour besuchen wir Orte des Braunkohlewiderstands in Brandenburg, Sachsen und Polen.Wir fahren 30 bis 55 km am Tag in ruhigem Tempo auf flachem Gelände. Für vegane Verpflegung ist gesorgt. Um die Kosten für die Lebensmittel und Küche zu decken, werden wir von allen Teilnehmern eine kleine Spende benötigen.
Wir laden euch ein, mitzufahren. Gemeinsam fordern wir: Fossile Brennstoffe wie Kohle, Öl und Gas müssen im Boden bleiben. Wir verbinden lokalen Widerstand mit globaler Verantwortung. Dazu besuchen wir Menschen und Bürgerinitiativen in der Lausitz, vernetzen uns und setzen in gemeinsamen Aktionen ein Zeichen gegen den Raubbau an der Natur und für internationale Klimagerechtigkeit!

do you have a bike? Do you like cycling with other people? Would you like to pay a visit to Lusatia, the second biggest coal mining area in Germany? Wanna see what coal mining does to the people and the landscapes? Wanna join actions against climate change and meet other activists?
All yes? GREAT! We´re looking forward to meeting you on„Lausitzcamp on Tour“
Lausitzer Klima- und Energiecamp on tour is a cycling tour organized by grassroots anti-coal-activists.
The purpose of this tour is
-- to come togehther and strengthen the movement for climate justice and the fight against coal
-- to learn how the lignite industy works,
-- to see with your own eyes what lignite mining does to the environment and the people of the region,
-- to learn and discuss with the local peope how a just transition away from coal is feasible
During the trip, we´ll stop at places of resitances against lignite mining.
You´ll meet and get in touch with people living next to the pit mines.
We´ll cover between 30 and 55 km per day, moderate speed. No one will be left behind.
We´ll sleep in tents or indoors.
Vegan food will be provided. We´ll ask for donations to pay for food.
