As a co-creative facilitator I support individuals and teams in collectively achieving what is important to them by collaboratively creating their true vision and accompanying them in their steps towards realizing their dreams. My work is inspired by Dragon Dreaming Project Design, Design Thinking, Theory U as well as classical team building and project management tools and methods. Further support is given by my diverse expertise ranging from science and engineering across music and art to economics and entrepreneurship.
