Abstract:
Complementary currencies are rising in Europe. As many social innovations they struggle with the legal framework (e.g. E-money directive, public procurement,...) provided by the EU, the variety of translations by its member states and policies of their own state (fiscal policy,..). Through the interactive Open Space Methodology we explore creative solutions and formulate a joint agenda.
